Training will be more than just providing the new hire on how to have a smiling face. We will equip the new hire with the tools to support the company’s goals. The initial three competencies:
Add tools from training to 1st day of work toolbox such as tools of reading customers.
Using the language of a credential customer service representative (CCSR)
Finalize a series of examinations from multiple experiential exercise and role-play
Success and Completion of Training
Prepared for 1st day of work
